Our firm is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, handling complex civil litigation and bankruptcy litigation cases. We are looking for an attorney who is passionate about the legal industry, committed to providing exceptional client service, and prepared to contribute to our team's success. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation and bankruptcy litigation.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage a wide range of civil litigation and bankruptcy litigation cases, from the initial assessment stage to resolution.
2. Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
3. Draft, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
4. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
5. Provide legal advice to clients, ensuring they understand their legal rights and options.
6. Collaborate with legal team members to develop effective case strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
7. Stay updated on current laws and regulations within the civil litigation and bankruptcy litigation fields.
8. Participate in business development activities to expand the firm's client base.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the State Bar.
3. A minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation and bankruptcy litigation.
4. Proven ability to manage a large caseload and work within strict deadlines.
5. Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
6. Strong negotiation and client management skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. High ethical standards and professional integrity.
9. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, judges, and opposing counsel.
10. Proficiency in using legal software for case management and legal research.
