Our esteemed law firm seeks a dynamic, committed, experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our team. This position is ideal for someone passionate about providing exceptional legal services, focusing on workers' compensation, personal injury, social security disability, and other related legal matters. The candidate will work alongside our seasoned professionals to ensure our clients receive the best representation. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend clients or prosecute criminal or civil litigation defendants.
• Select jurors, argue motions, meet with judges, and question witnesses during a trial.
• Study and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
• Present and summarize cases to judges and juries.
• Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for the presentation of cases.
• Gather evidence to formulate a defense or initiate legal actions by interviewing clients and witnesses to ascertain the facts of a case.
• Review and evaluate worker's compensation and personal injury cases.
• Handle social security disability claims and appeals.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Provide legal advice to clients and work diligently to protect their rights.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to formulate legal strategies.
• Participate in continuing legal education programs and professional development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Must be admitted to practice law in the state.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney, with a strong background in workers' compensation, personal injury, and social security disability law.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to interpret laws and regulations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research abilities.
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
