We are on the hunt for a dynamic, committed, and experienced Senior Associate Attorney to join our fast-paced legal team. The ideal candidate will be someone with a deep understanding of complex litigation, litigation, personal injury, and insurance defense. This is a permanent position where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the industry's most respected legal professionals, handling a diverse portfolio of cases and contributing to our firm's reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Associate Attorney, you will be expected to:

1. Lead and manage a diverse range of complex litigation cases, including personal injury and insurance defense, from inception through to resolution.
2. Conduct thorough and detailed investigations, legal research, and discovery to identify key issues and develop strong case strategies.
3. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs while ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.
4. Represent our clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations, presenting arguments and evidence confidently and persuasively.
5. Provide legal advice and counsel to clients, explaining legal rights, potential risks, and possible outcomes clearly and effectively.
6. Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed of case progress and developments.
7. Collaborate with legal team members, sharing knowledge, and contributing to the development of the firm's collective expertise.
8. Stay updated on current laws, regulations, and industry trends, using this knowledge to enhance case strategies and client advice.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in complex litigation, litigation, personal injury, and insurance defense.
3. Active member of the state bar in good standing.
4. Exceptional legal research and writing skills, with the ability to draft compelling legal documents and arguments.
5. Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills, with a strong ability to represent clients confidently and effectively in various legal proceedings.
6. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to think strategically.
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
8. High level of professional ethics and integrity, with a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
9. Ability to handle a high caseload while maintaining high standards of work quality and client service.
10. Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
