We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney, Litigation to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a keen interest in litigation, commercial litigation, employment, insurance, research, hearings, and mediation. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Associate Attorney, Litigation, you will be expected to:

1. Manage all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs, as well as attending hearings, mediations, and depositions.
2. Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case strategies and advise clients on potential litigation risks and outcomes.
3. Represent clients in a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, and employment issues.
4. Collaborate with other attorneys to prepare for trial, including witness preparation, evidence review, and jury selection.
5. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in mediation and other dispute resolution proceedings.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the Permanent Associate Attorney, Litigation position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation, specifically in commercial litigation and employment law.
3. Active membership in good standing with the State Bar.
4. Proven experience in conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and briefs, and representing clients in court proceedings.
5. Strong knowledge of insurance laws and regulations.
6. Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of successful settlements in mediation.
7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
