Job Description:

•  Direct hands-on experience handling complex high-profile cases from inception through trial.
•  Handling of cases including discovery, law and motion, court appearances, and other tasks
•  Work with the direction of the lead attorney such as preparing case management statements, draft stipulations, meet and confer with opposing counsel regarding discovery responses.

Job Qualifications:

•  1-5 years preferred experience in employment law litigation and class actions at a law firm
•  CA Bar admission, in good standing
