Associate Attorney - Insurance Defense

Our story begins nearly 20 years ago with seven lawyers in a big city law firm. They could see the legal industry was changing and they were passionate about evolving with it to adapt to their clients' needs. The goal was to create a smaller firm full of talented and sharp lawyers without the red tape of the big firms and the ability to pivot and change as needed to serve their clients' interests. With a passionate team and network of offices in multiple states, we are well equipped to handle anything that comes our way.

To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
3. Must be a member in good standing with the State Bar.
4. Exceptional negotiation skills with a record of successful settlement and litigation.
5. Proven ability to foster and maintain client relationships, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
