Are you a seasoned Associate Attorney looking for a new challenge? We are a highly reputable law firm seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and ambitious attorney with an impressive track record in White Collar Litigation, Business Defense, and Civil Litigation. You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, representing clients in complex litigation matters, and contributing to our firm's growth and success. Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Associate Attorney, you'll be expected to:

1. Manage all phases of litigation from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings, discovery, pretrial motions, and trial preparation.
2. Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in criminal or civil litigation.
3. Conduct legal research and analysis to develop legal arguments, draft pleadings and motions, and advise clients on potential legal outcomes.
4. Develop relationships with clients, understanding their business and legal needs, and providing strategic advice and representation.
5. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
6. Collaborate with partners, senior attorneys, and support staff to ensure cases are handled efficiently and effectively.
7. Participate in business development activities, including networking events, client meetings, and proposal development.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Associate Attorney position must possess the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as an Associate Attorney with a focus on White Collar Litigation, Business Defense, and Civil Litigation.
4. Strong litigation skills, including experience in trial preparation, motion practice, and discovery.
5. Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
6. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
7. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines, work well under pressure, and prioritize tasks.
8. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
9. A commitment to maintaining the highest level of professional ethics and integrity.
