Associate Attorney (General Liability)

A women-owned law firm (WBE) headquartered in Irvine, CA is looking to hire several litigation associates across their California offices. Founded in 1989 they have extensive experience in all aspects of defense litigation and transactional matters. With offices in Irvine, Los Angeles and San Francisco they represent clients all over the state and even some international ones. Some of the practice areas are business, commercial, construction, employment, environmental, general liability, premises and product liability, insurance defense, and toxic tort.

This role will have the opportunity to work with some of the best lawyers and work in a very diverse team.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in defense litigation
• Experience with general liability, premises liability, auto, construction and/or habitability claims
• Experience conducting discovery, taking dispositions, preparing motions and trail preparation
• Trail or mediation experience is a huge plus!
• CA Bar License and must reside in CA
