We are seeking a highly skilled Permanent Insurance Defense Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. As an Insurance Defense Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in various legal matters related to product liability, premise liability, and other areas of liability. This is a permanent position that requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in the legal industry.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal representation to clients in various cases related to product liability, premise liability, and other areas of liability.
• Conduct legal research, analyze case law, and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and trials to represent clients and argue on their behalf.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in the case to gather evidence and build a strong defense.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to develop legal strategies and ensure the best possible outcome for clients.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state where the position is located.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the legal industry with a focus on insurance defense.
• Strong knowledge of product liability, premise liability, and other areas of liability.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
