We are seeking a dynamic, highly skilled Associate Attorney specializing in First Party Property Insurance. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is passionate about the legal industry and is looking to take their career to the next level. The successful candidate will have the ability to work hybrid, providing them with the flexibility to balance their professional and personal life. This role requires a minimum of 2+ years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities:

As an Associate Attorney in First Party Property Insurance, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Handling a wide array of insurance claims and disputes related to First Party Property Insurance.

2. Providing expert legal advice to clients regarding their insurance policies, claims, and disputes.

3. Representing clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in complex insurance disputes.

4. Preparing and drafting legal documents, such as lawsuits, appeals, contracts, deeds, and wills.

5. Conducting legal research and gathering evidence to support client cases.

6. Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients in disputes related to First Party Property Insurance.

7. Collaborating with a team of legal professionals to develop case theories, strategies, and plans.

8. Staying up-to-date with the latest legal trends, regulations, and court decisions affecting First Party Property Insurance.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Associate Attorney - First Party Property Insurance position should have the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

2. Admission to the CA state bar and in good standing.

3. A minimum of 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably specializing in First Party Property Insurance.

4. Proven experience in handling insurance claims and disputes.
