Job Details
Job Qualifications:
- 2nd or 3rd year associate
- Experience with executive compensation arrangements, equity compensation plans, and tax qualified plans
- Experience in the context of mergers & acquisitions, and other forms of business transactions is required
- Comparable big law experience preferred
- Outstanding academic credentials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
