We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Attorney with a strong focus on Family Law and Estate Planning. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic professional who is passionate about their field and looking to take their career to the next level. The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated team of professionals, providing expert legal advice and representation in a diverse range of family law matters and estate planning. This includes, but is not limited to, divorce and separation, child custody, spousal support, wills, trusts, and estate administration.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be expected to:

1. Provide comprehensive legal advice and representation to clients in all areas of family law and estate planning.
2. Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring all cases are handled with the utmost professionalism and in a timely manner.
3. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including but not limited to, divorce decrees, custody agreements, prenuptial agreements, wills, trusts, and estate plans.
4. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, as necessary.
5. Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and keeping clients informed of case progress.
6. Stay up-to-date with changes in family law and estate planning regulations and best practices.
7. Collaborate with other legal professionals within the firm to ensure a comprehensive approach to client service.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the State Bar.
3. A minimum of 3+ years of experience practicing family law and estate planning.
4. Proven experience in trust administration.
5. Demonstrated expertise in divorce law and mediation.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong client relationships.
7. Strong negotiation skills and courtroom acumen.
8. Ability to handle a high caseload and juggle multiple priorities.
9. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
10. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
