Associate Attorney - Employment

We are a rapidly growing plaintiff-side employment law firm based in Los Angeles, specializing in individual FEHA/wrongful termination claims and wage and hour class/PAGA actions. Our employment attorneys exclusively represent wronged employees and fight for employees’ rights in the workplace.

We offer a great opportunity to grow with an expanding firm and be mentored by senior attorneys with Big Law experience. The position comes with highly competitive compensation and benefits package and hybrid remote work. Salary is commensurate with experience, between $140,000 to $190,000.

Labor and employment/litigation attorney with 1-3+ or more years of sophisticated law firm experience in California courts.
Experience with written discovery in both state and federal court is preferred;
Experience making court appearances, handling depositions, pretrial motions, and litigation work from inception to settlement/verdict is preferred;
Experience drafting various pleadings and complex motions is preferred;
Able to work independently as well as a team player;
Effective negotiating skills in mediation and against defense counsel;
Strong work ethic, professionalism and positive attitude; and
Strong academic credentials
