Seeking a passionate and motivated mid-level litigator to join the firm's thriving mass tort, and general liability/casualty defense practice groups. Make a real impact from day one, managing cases from start to finish and collaborating with diverse teams. Your Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage cases in state and federal courts, from intake to resolution
  • Draft compelling pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and research memos
  • Clearly communicate case updates and strategies to clients
  • Analyze cases, research, develop winning arguments, and propose effective solutions
  • Collaborate with expert witnesses, and a team of partners and associates
  • Comprehensive legal analysis, case evaluations, and strategy recommendations
  • Frequent client communication
  • Prepare witnesses, attend depositions, hearings, and mediations, and prepare for trial

Job Qualifications:
  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Texas bar license in good standing
  • Ideal candidate would have 4-7 years of complex litigation experience in state and federal courts
  • Ability to manage caseload from start to finish.
  • Experience in general liability, and casualty defense is highly preferred
