Our prestigious law firm is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Permanent Associate Attorney - CPO to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney who is passionate about civil litigation and has a proven track record in handling civil protection order cases. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish, have a strong understanding of civil litigation, and have at least 3 years of experience in the legal industry. Responsibilities:
1. Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend or prosecute civil protection order cases.
2. Prepare legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, and deeds.
3. Conduct research and analysis of legal problems to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
4. Advise clients concerning business transactions, claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations.
5. Negotiate settlements of civil disputes.
6. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.
7. Communicate with Spanish-speaking clients to provide legal counsel and advice.
8. Contribute to the development of case strategies and plan legal arguments.
9. Participate in depositions, mediations, and trial proceedings as required.

Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on civil litigation and civil protection order cases.
4. Fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken.
5. Proven track record of representing clients in complex civil litigation cases.
6. Excellent negotiation, research, and communication skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. High ethical standards and professional integrity.
10. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
11. Proficient in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
