The Opportunity:

This prestigious + highly-awarded Law Firm is currently seeking an attorney with 2-4 years of experience in corporate law to join our Business and Finance Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate and financing transactions, including entity formations, contract drafting, and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle a diverse range of transactional and general corporate work within the Business and Finance Group, as well as other specialty practice areas.
Support various aspects of corporate and financing transactions, including entity formations, contract drafting, and negotiation.
Collaborate effectively within a team environment and demonstrate the ability to work autonomously when necessary.
Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the Massachusetts bar.
2-4 years of prior experience in corporate law, preferably with a focus on transactional work.
Proficiency in contract drafting and negotiation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well in both team and individual settings.
