Our prestigious law firm is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our Community Association practice. This is a unique opportunity to apply your legal skills and knowledge in a specialized area of law that focuses on representing homeowners and community associations . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in community association law, coupled with a passion for providing exceptional client service OR be new to the professional work with their JD and willing to learn. Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Associate Attorney - Community Association, you will be expected to:

1. Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance to community associations, their boards, and homeowners on a broad range of issues.
2. Represent community associations in litigation and dispute resolution.
3. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
4. Attend board meetings, annual meetings, and other community association events to provide legal counsel and support.
5. Conduct legal research and analysis on various community association matters.
6. Collaborate with other attorneys in the firm to develop strategies and solutions for complex legal issues.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and trends in community association law.
8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their legal needs are met and exceeded.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the Permanent Associate Attorney - Community Association position, you must have:

1. Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
2. Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an attorney, preferably in community association law.
3. Current license to practice law in the state.
4. Exceptional negotiation, advocacy, and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
