Job Description:
The firm's Washington, DC office primarily represents general contractors in connection with some of the largest construction and infrastructure projects in the DC Metropolitan Area, throughout the U.S., and internationally. As an associate, you will have the opportunity to work in collaboration with senior attorneys on complex, interesting, and high-profile cases in an engaging environment that fosters professional development and career satisfaction. Associates are given real opportunities to participate in the development of case strategy and management and opportunities to have real substantive client contact.

Job Requirements:

•  DC Bar license in good standing (or eligible to waive in), with Maryland and Virginia admissions a plus
•  3+ years experience with commercial litigation, commercial construction and/or government contracts
•  The ideal candidate will have experience representing contractors on public and private projects, in arbitration and litigation before state and federal courts and contract appeal boards.
