We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and experienced Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of legal matters within civil litigation. Responsibilities

1. Representing clients in court and presenting evidence.
2. Negotiating settlements of civil disputes.
3. Conducting legal research and gathering evidence.
4. Advising clients concerning business transactions, claim liabilities, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations.
5. Interpreting laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
6. Analyzing the probable outcomes of cases, using knowledge of legal precedents.
7. Evaluating findings and developing strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.
8. Preparing and drafting legal documents, such as wills, deeds, patent applications, mortgages, leases, and contracts.
9. Specializing in specific legal areas, such as litigation, real estate, business law litigation, and employment litigation.

Qualifications

1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the California state bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 1+ years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on civil litigation, real estate, business law litigation, insurance defense, and/or employment litigation.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients, attorneys, and staff at all levels.
5. Strong analytical, research, and negotiation skills.
6. Proven ability to handle a large workload, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
7. High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
8. Proficiency in using legal research software and other relevant computer applications.
9. A commitment to providing high-quality legal representation to our clients.
10. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
