This is an exceptional opportunity to join a team of highly experienced professionals in the legal industry. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in handling bankruptcy cases, with a strong background in litigation. This role requires a minimum of 2+ years of experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Responsibilities:

The Permanent Associate Attorney - Bankruptcy will be tasked with the following duties:

1. Represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings and related litigation matters, including the preparation and filing of bankruptcy petitions and pleadings.

2. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on various bankruptcy-related issues.

3. Develop and implement strategic legal solutions to protect our clients' rights and interests.

4. Negotiate with creditors, trustees, and other parties to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.

5. Prepare and present arguments in court hearings and trials.

6. Draft and review various legal documents, such as motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.

7. Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on bankruptcy laws, procedures, and potential outcomes.

8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in bankruptcy laws and regulations.

9. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure high-quality legal services.

10. Participate in business development activities to expand our bankruptcy practice.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Associate Attorney - Bankruptcy position should possess the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.

3. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in bankruptcy law and litigation.

4. Proven track record in representing clients in bankruptcy cases and related litigation matters.

5. Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

6. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal information clearly and persuasively.

7. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
