We are looking for a dynamic and driven Permanent Assistant Project Manager to join our team. This role involves working on innovative K-12 education projects in the renovation and new addition construction industry. Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

1. Assisting in the management and execution of K-12 education projects from the ground up and rennovations
2. Implementing commercial tenant improvements.
3. Utilizing Procore, a construction management software, for project scheduling, cost management, and quality management.
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines are met.
5. Developing project schedules and coordinating with team members and external vendors to ensure timely completion of projects.
6. Providing regular updates to the project manager and stakeholders on project status, budget, and potential issues.
7. Ensuring all projects adhere to established standards and regulations.
8. Assisting in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and schedules.
9. Participating in higher education initiatives to stay abreast of trends and best practices in the field of K-12 construction.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Assistant Project Manager position should have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, specifically in the technology or education sector.
2. Proven experience in managing ground-up projects and commercial tenant improvement.
3. Proficiency in using Procore or similar construction management software.
4. Strong knowledge and experience in project scheduling.
5. Experience in K-12 construction is a must.
6. Familiarity with higher education initiatives and standards.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
10. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
