We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Project Manager for Data Center Construction to join our team. Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Project Manager in the planning and execution of data center construction projects, ensuring all objectives are met within the specified timeframes and budget.

2. Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure smooth progress of the project.

3. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and develop solutions to mitigate risks and ensure project success.

4. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.

5. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards, as well as legal and contractual requirements.

6. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.

7. Participate in project meetings and presentations, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or queries.

8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and practices, leveraging industry best practices and innovative approaches.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on data center construction.

2. Proven experience as an Assistant Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.

3. Familiarity with the unique challenges and requirements of data center construction, including power and cooling systems, security considerations, and technological infrastructure.

4. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential issues and develop effective solutions.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

7. Proficiency in relevant software, including project management and CAD tools.

8. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.

9. Experience in hospital construction will be considered an advantage.

10. Certifications such as PMP or CAPM will be a plus.
