We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Plant Director to join our team in the food production industry. As the Assistant Plant Director, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of our food plant and dairy production facility. You will work closely with the Plant Director to ensure that all production goals are met and that our plant operates at peak efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in food manufacturing or dairy processing.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the food plant and dairy production facility
• Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products
• Manage and monitor financial performance of the plant, including budgeting and cost control
• Develop and implement KPIs to measure plant performance and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations, including HCCP, ISO, and SPC
• Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
• Work closely with the Plant Director to develop and implement strategies to improve plant efficiency and productivity
• Manage and oversee the production of agri-food products
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in food science, engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in food manufacturing and dairy processing
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control
• Experience with KPIs and production scheduling
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, including HCCP, ISO, and SPC
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience in agri-food production is a plus
