Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
2. Conduct account reconciliation and analysis to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
3. Review financial data for accuracy, correctness, and completeness.
4. Assist in the preparation of budgets or forecasts.
5. Participate in the preparation for and execution of audits.
6. Ensure compliance with all internal processes and legal requirements.
7. Collaborate with the Controller to improve financial procedures.
8. Provide support to the financial department and other teams, demonstrating company financials.
9. Analyze financial trends and provide recommendations for financial planning.
10. Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification will be highly regarded.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
3. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Solid knowledge of GAAP and other accounting principles, laws, and regulations.
5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and precision.
8. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude.
10. High level of integrity and dependability.
