Are you a passionate, innovative, and experienced Architectural Revit Designer with a knack for creating stunning 3D models and detailed construction drawings? If you're ready to take your skills to the next level and join a dynamic team in the engineering industry, this opportunity is for you! We are seeking an individual with a strong background in architectural design and project coordination, who is proficient in using Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Revit.

Responsibilities:

1. Creating and managing architectural designs and 3D models using Revit and BIM.
2. Developing detailed construction drawings and documentation.
3. Assisting in all phases of the design development process, from conceptual design to final construction documentation.
4. Coordinating with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure design integrity and project deadlines are met.
5. Utilizing your expertise in Revit to optimize project efficiency and accuracy.
6. Assisting in the development of new design standards and procedures to improve the efficiency of the design process.
7. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and software to ensure the highest quality of design and documentation.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Architectural Design, specifically with Revit and BIM.
2. Proven experience in creating detailed 3D models and construction drawings.
3. A strong understanding of the design development process and construction documentation.
4. Excellent project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Proficiency in architectural drawing and detailing.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with project teams.
7. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
8. A degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
