We are on the hunt for a dynamic and innovative Architectural Project Manager to join our engineering team. This is a permanent position where you will have the opportunity to lead, design, and manage architectural projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project management, and a deep understanding of the engineering industry. If you are a licensed architect with experience in Revit, Bluebeam, Speclink, and Deltek Vision, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the planning and execution of architectural projects, ensuring high-quality designs and timely completion as well as support the technical execution of projects (Revit SD, DD and CD technical documentation)
2. Collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction professionals to determine project objectives, budgets, and timelines.
3. Utilize architectural software such as Revit, Bluebeam, Speclink, and Deltek Vision to create detailed architectural designs and plans.
4. Oversee the project life cycle, including conceptual designs, schematic designs, design development, and construction documentation.
5. Conduct regular project meetings and make presentations to clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design and construction with 3 years in project management.
3. Licensed Architect highly preferred
4. Thorough knowledge of architectural design, programming, site planning, building codes. detailing, building material, and construction techniques.
5. Proficient in using architectural software such as Revit, Bluebeam, Speclink, and Deltek Vision.
6. Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
7. Ability to travel as needed throughout WY for project meetings and site visits.
8. LEED, WELL or other sustainable design accreditation a plus
