We are seeking a talented and innovative Architect who has a passion for design and project management! This role is geared towards a dynamic professional who is competent in handling diverse architectural projects, particularly in the restaurant sector. The successful candidate will be a part of our team, working on various projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects of design and construction adhere to the highest standards and building codes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Utilize AutoCAD to create detailed architectural designs.
• Oversee and manage the construction administration process, ensuring that all construction documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor the progress of projects and ensure adherence to design specifications and building codes.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed projects.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in architectural design and construction technology.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management, preferably on restaurant or hospitality projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and construction documentation.
• Proven experience in construction administration.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Valid license to practice architecture is preferred but not required.
