Job Details:

We are currently seeking an Architectural Drafter to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to work on an array of exciting projects and contribute to the development of innovative architectural solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings using Revit and other drafting tools. You will be working closely with our team of skilled engineers and architects, contributing to the design and execution of projects, from the conceptual phase through to completion.

Responsibilities:

1. Generate comprehensive architectural drafts and designs using Revit and other drafting tools.
2. Participate in all phases of the project, from conceptual design to construction documentation.
3. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure the accuracy of designs and specifications.
4. Make necessary revisions to architectural plans as required by construction teams or clients.
5. Maintain and update all draft archives and documentation for reference.
6. Adhere to all industry standards and regulations while drafting.
7. Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges.
8. Work closely with the team to troubleshoot and resolve any design issues.
9. Continuously update technical knowledge and skills through various training and development opportunities.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Drafter or in a similar role.
2. Proficiency in Revit and other drafting software.
3. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
4. Strong knowledge of architectural design, drafting techniques, and principles.
5. Excellent technical drawing skills with a keen eye for detail.
6. Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
7. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
8. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
9. Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve design issues.
10. A portfolio of completed drafts or projects would be advantageous.
