Job Details:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-skilled Permanent Architect to join our innovative Engineering team. This individual will play a crucial role in the design and development of commercial architectural projects, utilizing their expertise in AutoCAD and Revit to create detailed and accurate blueprints. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the construction process, and will be able to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure a successful project outcome. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and design architectural solutions for commercial projects using AutoCAD and Revit.
2. Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure that designs are feasible and within budget.
3. Prepare and present design proposals to clients, incorporating their needs and vision into the final design.
4. Oversee the architectural aspects of construction projects from conception to completion.
5. Coordinate with contractors and other professionals to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
6. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company standards, regulations, and client specifications.
7. Continually enhance technical knowledge and skills, staying updated with industry advancements and technologies.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is a must.
4. Strong understanding of the construction process and architectural principles.
5. Excellent communication and project management skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently on multiple projects.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Licensed as a professional architect or eligible for licensure is preferred.
9. Experience in sustainable design practices is a plus.
