Our dynamic and innovative architectural company is seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer with a focus on commercial projects. We are open to hybrid-remote candidates.

You will join our team of skilled professionals in creating cutting-edge architectural designs, utilizing their skills in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Modeling, and other design software. You will be essential in all phases of our projects, from initial research and conceptualization to final construction.

Responsibilities:

As an Architectural Designer for commercial projects, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Utilizing your expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D Modeling to create detailed architectural designs
2. Conducting extensive design research to stay current with industry trends, ensuring our designs are innovative and functional.
3. Working closely with our team of architects and designers to develop design concepts and ideas, transforming client requirements into stunning, practical designs.
4. Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients, showcasing your ability to communicate complex design concepts clearly and effectively.
5. Creating comprehensive construction drawings that comply with all relevant building codes and regulations.
6. Collaborating with construction teams to ensure designs are implemented correctly, addressing any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
7. Continuously improving your technical skills and staying updated with the latest design software and tools.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Architectural Designer candidates should possess the following qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on commercial projects.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.
4. Strong 3D Modeling skills, with the ability to create detailed, accurate models of architectural designs.
5. Extensive knowledge of building codes and regulations, with the ability to create designs that comply with all relevant laws and standards.
6. Strong design research skills, with the ability to stay current with industry trends and incorporate them into your designs.
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex design concepts to clients and team members in a clear, understandable manner.
8. A strong portfolio showcasing your previous architectural designs, particularly for multi-family residential projects.
