We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Permanent Architect with a passion for design and an eye for detail. The successful candidate will be part of our growing team in the construction industry. This role involves working on a variety of projects, including Healthcare Design, Laboratory Design, and Secondary Education Design. Responsibilities:

1. Create innovative and effective designs for healthcare facilities, laboratories, and secondary education institutions.
2. Utilize Revit to develop architectural designs and plans.
3. Collaborate with various teams to ensure design objectives are met and client expectations are exceeded.
4. Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
5. Oversee the entire design process, from conceptualization to completion.
6. Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and regulations.
7. Regularly communicate with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success.
8. Continually stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in the architecture and construction industry.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design, specifically in the construction industry.
3. Proven experience in Healthcare Design, Laboratory Design, and Secondary Education Design.
4. Proficiency in Revit and other architectural design software.
5. Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design skills and technical ability.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
7. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
8. Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on quality of work.
9. Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
10. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
11. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
12. Must be registered or eligible for registration with the relevant architectural board.
