Job Details:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Architect to join our dynamic Engineering team. This is an incredible opportunity for a talented individual to leverage their skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and Multifamily Architecture. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing various architectural projects from conception through to completion. This role offers a chance to work on innovative and challenging projects, with a focus on sustainability and cutting-edge design.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Architect, you will be expected to:

1. Develop architectural designs using software tools such as Revit and AutoCAD.
2. Manage and oversee all stages of the design and construction process.
3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams, including engineers, designers, and project managers.
4. Create and present design proposals to clients, demonstrating a clear understanding of their needs and expectations.
5. Lead the design process of multifamily and mixed-use projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
6. Coordinate with contractors and consultants to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
7. Continually research and implement innovative design strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of architectural projects.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Architect position should have:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. A Master's degree will be considered an advantage.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on multifamily architecture.
3. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. Experience with other architectural software will be considered an asset.
4. A strong portfolio showcasing innovative design projects and demonstrating a strong understanding of architectural principles.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex design ideas to clients and team members.
6. A strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and regulations.
7. A proactive and collaborative approach to work, with the ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Professional registration as an Architect is preferred.
