Qualified applicants should be registered or able to obtain state licensure within 6 months of employment. Applicants should have 5+ years of experience leading design projects with significant client and community interface, including at minimum 3-5 years of applied experience using Revit, in a professional design practice. Design experience in the corporate commercial market is a must.

LEED accreditation or interest in achieving accreditation is preferred. Design experience is necessary.
Experience with graphics software such as SketchUp and 3D Studio Max is an advantage.

A resume and portfolio demonstrating Revit skills and rendering abilities are required.

What You Need To Apply:

• Technical production skills are necessary and require a demonstrated ability to effectively produce design and construction documents;
• Proficiency in Revit is preferred;
• Understanding of relevant codes such as state building codes, ANSI 117.1, BOMA;
• Possession of a strong moral and ethical responsibility to the principles of sustainability;
• Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills;
• Strong design, graphic, and presentation skills;
• Understanding of the design and procurement processes.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team ethic;
• Ability to interact professionally with office leadership and clients;
• Ability to direct and motivate work efforts of others and handle stressful situations;
• Ability to self-manage project assignments from start to finish with oversight.
