You will play an integral part in overall client satisfaction, design quality and profitability of all projects undertaken that contribute to the firm’s strategic priorities. Qualified applicants possess Registered Architect or ability to become a NC Registered Architect within 6-months of hire; a progressive work history with 7-10+ years of experience, including 3-years of applied experience using AutoDesk Revit Architecture, in a professional design practice. Design experience in commercial projects and/or civic and education is preferred. Experience with graphics software such as SketchUp and 3D Studio Max and Lumion is an advantage. LEED accreditation is preferred.

What You Need To Apply For The Architectural Sector Leader:

• Technical production skills are necessary and require a demonstrated ability to effectively produce design and construction documents;
• Proficiency in Revit is preferred;
• Understanding of relevant codes such as state building codes, ANSI 117.1, BOMA;
• Possession of a strong moral and ethical responsibility to the principles of sustainability;
• Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills;
• Strong design, graphic, and presentation skills;
• Understanding of the design and procurement processes.
