Architect/Project Manager

We are seeking an ambitious and talented Architect/Project Manager to join our dynamic Engineering team. This is a permanent role that offers a unique opportunity to work on a range of exciting projects where you will have the chance to demonstrate your exceptional skills in architecture, Revit, and AutoCAD. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the architectural design and project management of various engineering projects from conception to completion.
2. Utilize Revit and AutoCAD to create detailed architectural designs and plans, incorporating feedback from clients and team members.
3. Manage and coordinate with project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals.
4. Monitor project progress, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.
5. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design plans and safety regulations.
6. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, presenting design proposals and project updates clearly and professionally.
7. Continuously keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure our projects are innovative and compliant.
8. Troubleshoot and solve problems as they arise, applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure projects stay on track.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 10+ years of experience in architecture and project management in the architecture industry.
3. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is a must.
4. Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction methods, and regulations.
5. Proven experience managing projects from conception to completion, delivering on time and within budget.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
8. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
9. Professional registration as an Architect or Engineer is preferred.
