We are seeking a creative, dedicated, and experienced Architect to join our team well established and growing team! This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is passionate about using their skills to create innovative architectural designs and has a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a range of educational projects, from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop architectural projects, ensuring all plans are accurate, high quality, and meet the required specifications.
2. Utilize AutoCAD and Revit software to create detailed 2D and 3D designs.
3. Manage the project lifecycle, including the coordination of project activities and ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
4. Prepare and present detailed construction documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts.
5. Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and other professionals, to ensure the successful completion of the project.
6. Ensure all designs adhere to the latest building codes and regulations.
7. Review and approve project designs and reports.
8. Oversee the work of junior architects and provide guidance when needed.
9. Attend regular meetings with clients, contractors, and other professionals to provide updates and gather feedback.
10. Continually research and stay updated with the latest trends in architectural design and technology.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
2. A minimum of 8+ years of experience in architectural design, AutoCAD, Revit, project management, construction documentation, and educational projects.
3. Proven experience in managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.
4. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
5. Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
6. Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
9. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
10. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
11. Professional Architectural license is required.
