Architect (core and shell)

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and design architectural solutions for core and shell structures in accordance with client specifications and industry standards.
2. Utilize software tools such as Revit and SketchUp to create detailed 3D models, blueprints, and technical drawings.
3. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other architects to ensure project success.
4. Conduct site visits to monitor the progress of projects and ensure compliance with design plans.
5. Prepare and present design proposals to clients, stakeholders, and team members.
6. Address any potential design problems and devise innovative solutions.
7. Keep abreast of industry trends, advancements in technology, and changes in regulations.
8. Participate in project meetings and provide updates on the progress of architectural designs.
9. Ensure all work is carried out safely, professionally, and to a high standard.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field. A Master’s degree will be considered an advantage.
2. A minimum of 6 years of experience in architecture, with a focus on core and shell design.
3. Proficiency in architectural software, including Revit and SketchUp.
4. Strong knowledge of architectural principles, procedures, and standards.
5. Excellent technical drawing skills.
6. Strong communication and presentation skills.
7. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
10. Professional Architectural license is preferred.
