Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Applying your technical expertise to support our sales team, providing technical guidance and product solutions to our clients.
2. Preparing detailed and accurate quotes for potential projects, taking into account all necessary factors such as materials, labor, time, and other resources.
3. Establishing product specifications, ensuring they meet both the needs of the client and the standards of our company.
4. Serving as a liaison between various departments within our organization, including sales, engineering, and production, to ensure a smooth workflow and effective communication.
5. Designing and implementing AC and DC power distribution systems, as well as UPS and power conversion systems, utilizing the latest technologies and best practices in the field.
6. Participating in sales presentations and client meetings, providing technical expertise and product knowledge to aid in the sales process.
7. Continually updating your knowledge and skills in the field of engineering, staying abreast of the latest technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Application Engineer position will have the following qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in an engineering role, preferably within the power distribution or power conversion industry.
3. Proven experience in preparing quotes and establishing product specifications.
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to serve as a liaison between various departments and effectively communicate complex technical information to a non-technical audience.
5. Strong sales skills, with a proven track record of supporting a sales team and contributing to sales success.
6. Advanced knowledge of AC and DC power distribution systems, UPS, and power conversion.
7. A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think creatively and develop effective solutions to technical challenges.
8. A strong commitment to professional development, with a willingness to continually update your knowledge and skills in the field of engineering.
