Job Details:
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Application Developer to join our technology team. This is a permanent position where you will have the opportunity to work on exciting, cutting-edge projects in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. You will be a key player in the design, coding, testing, and maintenance of software systems and applications. Your work will directly contribute to the improvement of our business processes and overall business strategy. This role requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the technology industry, with a focus on ERP, Cloud, SQL, Implementations, and SAP FICO.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement software applications that align with our business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications.
• Develop high-quality, efficient code that meets those specifications.
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure the functionality and performance of applications.
• Assist with system integrations and data migrations.
• Provide technical support for existing applications and systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
• Continuously research and stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our systems remain current and competitive.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
• Work closely with the ERP team to ensure seamless integration and efficient use of systems.
• Train end-users and create user-friendly documentation to support the successful adoption and use of our applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in application development, with a focus on ERP, Cloud, SQL, Implementations, and SAP FICO.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proficient in SQL and other database technologies.
• Experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly SAP FICO.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently when necessary.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Commitment to continuous learning and development in a rapidly changing industry.
