We are currently seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Permanent Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join our dynamic finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilize your financial expertise in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment within the automotive industry. As an AP Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and processing accounts payable, executing financial transactions, and preparing financial reports. This position plays a pivotal role in maintaining the financial health and integrity of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payment processing, and vendor management.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to create and manage detailed financial reports, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
• Record and process credits and debits, ensuring all financial transactions are executed accurately and timely.
• Review and analyze financial statements, identifying any discrepancies and resolving any issues promptly.
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records, ensuring data is up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Collaborate with other finance team members to improve financial processes and operations.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role within the finance industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Excellent knowledge of account reconciliation, data entry, and financial statements.
• Strong understanding of credits and debits.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the automotive or dealership industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
