AP Specialist

Global medical equipment manufacturing company servicing North America, Western Europe and South America

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract AP Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume processing, 3-way matching, and experience with Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics GP, and SAP. This is a contract position that requires a minimum of 2+ years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Process high-volume accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently
• Conduct 3-way matching of purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documents
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Assist with month-end close processes and accruals
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve any issues or discrepancies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions
• Assist with audits and provide support as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or related field
• Experience with Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics GP, and SAP
• Strong knowledge of high-volume processing and 3-way matching
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with manufacturing industry a plus
