Integral member of the corporate Accounting & Finance team, contributing to overall financial operations.
Handle administrative and accounting tasks associated with processing daily vendor invoices and employee expense reimbursements.
Manage the monthly credit card statement process, including the collection of receipts, approvals, and coding of transactions.
Communicate with business owners regarding invoices, ensuring timely approval, and address inquiries promptly. Investigate and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies.
Maintain compliance with standard procedures, including ACH bank information and positive pay files. Additionally, contribute to various projects such as 1099 preparation, vendor profile management, sales tax compliance, and fixed asset processing. Assist with audit requests when needed.

Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience
5+ years of related experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to take initiative and work with minimal guidance
Intermediate level experience using Microsoft Excel
