We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Antitrust/Consumer Protection Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in antitrust and consumer protection law, with demonstrated expertise in advising clients on compliance matters, representing clients in investigations and litigation, and providing strategic guidance on complex legal issues.

Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and analysis on antitrust and consumer protection issues.
Advise clients on compliance with antitrust and consumer protection laws and regulations.
Assist clients in responding to antitrust investigations by government agencies.
Represent clients in antitrust and consumer protection litigation proceedings.
Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs.
Provide strategic counsel to clients on business transactions and regulatory matters.
