Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel and guidance on antitrust law, economic regulation, and civil antitrust litigation.
• Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend or prosecute lawsuits.
• Conduct legal research and gather evidence, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each case.
• Prepare and draft legal documents such as contracts, depositions, and pleadings.
• Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations, helping them navigate complex legal landscapes.
• Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to develop case strategies and ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current laws, regulations, and industry trends, particularly in the Life Science Sector.
• Foster relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and building trust through professional conduct.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Associate Attorney or in a similar role.
• Must be a member in good standing with a State Bar.
• Proven experience in antitrust law, economic regulation, civil antitrust litigation, and dealing with government agencies.
• Experience in the Life Science Sector is highly desirable.
• Exceptional research, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically.
• High level of professionalism and adherence to legal ethical standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
