Job Overview:
We are seeking a versatile Technology Systems Programmer/IT Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in programming systems related to video surveillance, access control, and intrusion detection, providing comprehensive information and technical support. Your expertise will contribute to the overall efficiency and security of internal and external technology infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:

Technology Systems Programming:

• Program and configure components from manufacturers such as DMP, Honeywell, Bosch, DSC, Brivo, Eagle Eye, etc.
• Implement programming solutions for video surveillance, access control, and intrusion detection systems.
• Data entry of customer’s demographic information.
• Utilization of several different software and web-based systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective integration and functionality.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance security systems.
• Verification of customer and application information.
• Recognize and assess problems and issues.

Technology Support:

• Provide comprehensive technical support for internal and external field technicians, addressing hardware and software issues.
• Collaborate with field technicians to ensure seamless internal network and systems operation.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure security and compliance.

Candidates for this position will have the following skills and experience:

• Familiar with the Windows operating system.
• Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office and team environment.
• Ability to prioritize duties by deadlines and workflow.
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills.
• Ability to articulate and compose business-related e-mails.
