Aerospace Program Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional in Program Management, who works independently, leads small/medium programs and teams, and aligns program schedules to business goals for classified & unclassified programs within a technically diverse portfolio of complex products.

Primary Responsibilities:
Focal point for the PMO / IPT across all program scope locations
Manufacturing strategy planning, Proposals, Gates Reviews, Financials, Infrastructure/Capital Projects, Appropriation Requests (ARs), etc.
S&OP Oversight and management
Program alignment with Operations Capabilities and Investment Strategies for new and existing Programs/Products
Kickoff Operations Program planning for new Programs and assure manufacturing readiness.
Influence product designs to achieve cost and schedule targets through Design for Manufacturing & Cost workshops, producibility/affordability studies, Transition To Production (TTP) planning and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) implementation.
Report on Program Contract On-Time Delivery (OTD) Performance

Qualifications:
10+ years of related work experience demonstrating a wide-ranging Program Leadership
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
Ability to travel up to 10%
