We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Contract Administrative Assistant for our Projects team in the Engineering industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to support our team with their administrative needs and contribute to the smooth operation of our projects. This role requires a dedicated individual who can meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Projects team, including but not limited to, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and organizing meetings.
  • Assist in the preparation and editing of project-related reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain and update project files, databases, and records with a high level of accuracy.
  • Monitor project timelines and milestones, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly, providing excellent customer service at all times.
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in an administrative assistant role, preferably in the Engineering industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service skills with an ability to handle queries and complaints effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in Calendar Management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
