Responsibilities:

As a Consulting Administrative Assistant, you will:

1. Provide top-notch administrative support to our team, ensuring smooth daily operations and helping us meet our client service goals.
2. Manage and maintain office equipment, including computers, printers, and communication systems, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
3. Design and maintain effective filing and office storage systems, ensuring information is easily accessible and secure.
4. Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements for consultants, ensuring they have the resources they need to serve clients effectively.
5. Help prepare financial reports, presentations, and other key documents, demonstrating close attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining client confidentiality at all times.
7. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders, providing timely updates and responding to inquiries professionally.
8. Contribute to special projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to go above and beyond.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Consulting Administrative Assistant role, candidates must have:

1. 5+ years of experience in an administrative support role
2. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
3. Proficiency in operating and maintaining office equipment.
4. Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders.
6. Experience designing and maintaining filing and office storage systems.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
