We are on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic finance team. This permanent accounting position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in financial reporting, auditing, and accounts payable management. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting and a strong understanding of financial statements. This role will require you to reconcile all balance sheet accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. With a minimum of 2+ years of experience in the field, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial health and contributing to our company's overall growth strategy.

Responsibilities:
1. Carry out regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and adherence to company policies.
2. Prepare accurate financial statements and reports to support strategic decision-making.
3. Manage the accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
4. Reconcile all balance sheet accounts regularly, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
5. Collaborate with the finance team to develop effective financial strategies and set fiscal goals.
6. Keep up-to-date with the latest accounting standards and regulations.
7. Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts.
8. Identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities in the existing financial systems and propose creative solutions.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
3. Proficiency in financial reporting, auditing, and accounts payable management.
4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
5. Proven ability to reconcile balance sheet accounts and prepare financial statements.
6. Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail.
7. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
10. Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
