Job Details:

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing Medical Equipment Manufacturing & Surgical Robotics company. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Accounting Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all accounting functions including financial reporting, general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, payroll management, and internal controls. This role will be instrumental in developing and implementing financial procedures and will contribute to the overall financial strategy of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all general ledger accounting including journal entries, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, and fixed assets.
• Ensure compliance with ASC 842, US GAAP, internal controls and company policies and procedures.
• Manage the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and reports for management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audit and ensure all audit requirements are met.
• Assist with IPO readiness and start-up accounting as needed.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
• Manage the payroll function ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
• Use NetSuite or equivalent systems to automate and enhance financial processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or MBA is preferred.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a managerial accounting role within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 842, US GAAP, month-end close, consolidations and reporting, reconciliations, journal entries, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, audit, IPO readiness, start-up accounting, and payroll management.
• Proficiency with NetSuite or equivalent accounting software.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
